Back from Baby Trip

I think it's funny that I wrote about my writing resolution, then posted one more post, and then nothing for a week.

But really, I was down in California visiting my brother, his wife, and their brand new baby girl.

While in California (and while preparing for the trip) I didn't post but did write posts (and will put them up soon). I also wrote in my gratitude journal every night. I did not, however, do work writing for a week. That was by design, since I wanted an actual vacation, but sort of against the spirit of the resolution, so I am a bit conflicted there... The writing for work resumed this morning, so at least I didn't abandon it.
