The Cola Crush -- Waning?


Oh yeah, that's right. 3 weeks, last week. Almost to the goal of 30 cola-free days.

I haven't weighed myself, so I don't know if I've lost any weight, but my body feels much less ...jiggly... I also don't want cola as much as I used to. Every once in a while I have a craving, but usually I can just slam some water down and the craving dissipates. And lately, when I feel thirsty, I don't even want the fizzy mineral water that I have used to curb the cravings for the bubbles in colas. I prefer good, cool water. Not messed with, just perfect the way it is.
